a week agoIt was such a sad day when the Corndog 7 closed in Lufkin Mall. I had heard they opened a food truck, but didn’t realize that it was called Royal Dog. I drive past last night on the way to the hotel and knew I had to stop today and try it. Everything is just how you remember. Perfect sweet flavored batter on the corn dog. Tasty melty cheese on a stick. The only thing missing is the lemonade. Glad to find this place for a bit of nostalgia when I’m in Lufkin.

2 months agoChili cheese dog was excellent; great hot dog, soft and fluffy bun and plenty of chili and cheese. Also, the woman who took my order was friendly. Definitely worth a stop.

4 months agoOrdered corn dogs and cheese on a stick and was blown away by all of it! The food was amazing with great taste and service was top notch.

5 months agoI loved their ribbon fries when they were in the mall. I finally was able to go to the truck. I know they make good food but I told them no seasoning only salt and it had so much seasoning that it burned my mouth.

6 months agoEverytime I have driven to Lufkin I would always stop at the mall for corn dog 7. I drove today thinking it was open and their closed 😩.
